Join your Erie Zoo for an event of a lifetime to experience the Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8^th from 12-5 pm! 

Experience the total solar eclipse in prime viewing locations at The Erie Zoo. The Erie Zoo  will be hosting the Zooclipse:Solar Safari on Monday, April 8th from noon to 5pm. This event will have different free craft stations courtesy of our friends at Werner Books for guests to create fun, colorful animal sun-catchers, color and draw on custom-made Zooclipse coloring pages, and design bookmarks on rainbow scratcher paper.

Other solar eclipse activities include becoming a planet with rings by hula hooping on the front lawn and heading over to the Adventure Center to listen and learn from our Keepers about the relationship of the moon with animals during their scheduled times. 

This event is included with the price of admission or free with an Erie Zoo membership, additional tickets are NOT required. The event will go on rain or shine.
