Quilt For Conservation

Despite the struggles the Erie Zoo has faced as a consequence of Covid-19, it is still our mission to better the world through conservation of endangered species. Many conservation organizations and therefore, many animals, are struggling as well, so we think it’s important to highlight some of these and support them in any way we can.

This beautiful quilt featuring animals of Africa was handmade by a friend of the Zoo and finishing quilting done by Darlene Orschek. Both ladies generously donated their time and materials. All proceeds from this raffle will be divided equally and support SANCCOB (African Black-Footed Penguins) and the Lion Recovery Fund (African lions) conservation efforts. We hope you will join us in supporting these incredible organizations with an entry (or more!) to win this special quilt!

Winner will be drawn on September 1st.
